Boondock'n Offroad, LLC only ships within the United States. We DO NOT ship our products internationally.
The shipping costs are determined by our selected provider. Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated at checkout after your order is placed.
All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Monday -Friday
If an item purchased is not available for immediate shipment you will be contacted by Boondock'n Offroad, LLC.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred, unless we are running a sale, including but not limited to: duty, brokerage, and additional taxes. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier, not Boondock'n Offroad, LLC. If Boondock'n Offroad, LLC can assist in any way with the carrier, we will certainly do so.

Returns
We know our customers prefer simplicity and convenience. That is why we created our return policy with you in mind. If you receive an item(s) that is defective, please contact Boondock'n Offroad, LLC. We will work with you to replace the item or return the item for a full refund. We work with a variety of manufacturers that all have different return policies. We are happy to provide you details upon request.
